Message From The Chair

Welcome to the 2007 Parade of Homes!
The Parade of Homes offers the opportunity to view and visit 52 new homes located throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Guests are also able to gather great tips on decorating the interior and exterior of homes, as well as learn the latest trends the industry has to offer.

The BIA and LCBA are proud of the high quality materials and workmanship typical of our Lancaster and Lebanon County builder members. We’re sure you’ll be impressed, too.

On behalf of the BIA and LCBA, thank you for your enthusiasm as we continue to showcase Central PA’s finest homes. See you at the Parade!
See you at the Parade!

How To Use This Website
We have designed this website and its accompanying maps to make it easy to locate the homes of greatest interest to you. There are separate sections for single homes and townhomes, as well as color-coding to distinguish the homes in various price ranges.

The information provided about each home includes an exterior rendering, floor plans, an amenities list, and easy-to-follow directions. In addition, each Parade home has been assigned a two-digit code (such as 35) which corresponds to its placement on the map. Simply select a section of map to zoom in and then select the color-coded home you wish to see.

For 2007, we’ve added special icons indicating homes that feature new design and furnishing trends.
These icons designate...

Energy Efficiency Green Building Organization/Storage
Solutions
Creative
Architecture/Design

Look for these icons on the individual home templates.

Tour The Homes
The 2007 Parade of Homes features 52 new homes which are open to visitors from Saturday, June 16, through Sunday, June 24. Tour hours are 1:00-7:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and 5:00-8:00 pm on weekdays. Since Parade traffic is higher on weekends, you may wish to visit some of the homes during the week.

Socks or stockings are required, as visitors may be asked to remove their shoes in some of the homes; additionally, some builders may require the use of shoe coverings, which are provided. All children must be closely supervised by an adult.

All Parade homes are judged in six categories and the awards are on display in each winning home.
